Four groups of employees from GoTools Ltd, PMS Diecasting Ltd and Gripple Ltd are undertaking leadership training over the next 10 months.
During the 10 sessions each group will learn about attitudes, motivation, creativity, innovation, conflict, resolution, performance reviews, development and what challenges face the organisation and ‘how can I ensure my team and I support these challenges’.
HR consultant, Michele Holmes from Merbeck Consulting, is heading the leadership training which incorporates discussion, and activities.
